Terms & Conditions

Prices are per room/per apartment per night and include all taxes. Prices for the hotel/apartment can vary due to the season, holiday period and duration of stay. All payment are made in Russian rubles at the official exchange rate to your local currency.

To make a reservation you have to pay full price for the whole period of the reservation. We can accept credit card payment. We accept VISA International and MasterCard Worldwide. Payment by the credit card should be implemented within 48 hours from the receiveing confirmation letter. You can aslo transfer money by bank wire. Bank transfer can be implemented the following bank details:

Guests must cancel or modify all reservations 2 working days before the date of arrival. The penalty amount is 4% of the paid amount. However some hotels accept later cancellation. If the cancellation or modification will be effected after this time, the first night of the reservation will be taken as the penalty fee and plus 5% of the rest some paid. The remaining amount will be returned without any charge. If you stay in the hotel and decide to change it, you can change to another hotel with the penalty of 2% from the paid amount. If you leave the hotel earlier, the remaining sum will be returned to you with the penalty of 5%. In any case all remaining money will be paid to your credit card or bank account within 20 days after chaning/refusing bookig. Please note that all payments in Russia are made in rubles and when we will return remaining money you will get the sum in your currency according to the exchange rate on the date of the reimbursment.

Charge back will be implemented within 5 days after making cancellation. However period of the MaterCard/Visa reimbursement is set individually by bank credit card' issuer. All cancellations must be made in writing and sent either by fax (+44 207 681 23 09) or email (info@budgetmoscow.com). Cancellations over the phone will not be accepted.

Check in time is specific to the each hotel and apartment and usually it is any time after 12:00pm (12.00). Check in time for your hotel or apartment can be found in the hotel/apartment instruction which will be sent to you after making a payment.
