Terms & Conditions

Prices are per room/per apartment per night and include breakfast and all taxes. Prices for the hotel/apartment can vary due to the season, holiday period and duration of stay. All payment are made in Russian rubles at the official exchange rate to your local currency.

To make a reservation you have to pay full price for the whole period of the reservation. We can only accept credit card payment. We accept VISA International, MasterCard Worldwide, DINERS CLUB International, JCB International.

Guests must cancel or modify all reservations 5 working days before the date of arrival, and no charge will be taken. If the cancellation or modification is after this time, the first night of the reservation will be taken. The remaining amount will be returned without any charge.

Charge back will be implemented within 5 days after making cancellation. All cancellations must be made in writing and sent either by fax or email. Cancellations over the phone will not be accepted.

Check in time is specific to the each hotel and apartment and usually it is any time after 12:00pm. Check in time for your hotel or apartment can be found in the hotel/apartment instruction which will be sent to you after making a payment.. If guests arrive before, we can offer to hold luggage at the hotel.
